Q: How long does it take for my order to arrive?
A: Orders are shipped within 48 hours of the order. From that point, it takes about 10 days before you recieve your order. All orders are shipped UPS ground unless otherwise specified. We do not ship outside the United States.

Q: What if I place an order and it turns out that the item is out of stock?
A: We try to keep every item on our page in stock at all times. In the event we are out of stock on an item, you will be notified by e mail immediately. You may order another item or ask us to refund your money.

Q: My items arrived damaged, what do I do now?
A: When you get your order, inspect each box for damage. If it is damaged then sign the receipt from the UPS driver with the words "Exception- Damage". Then contact us by e mail and let us know which items were damaged, your invoice number, and what the damage was. At that time we will send a replacement or credit your account. We must have the info mentioned above so we can make a claim with the carrier.

Q: I need my order as soon as possible. What do I do?
A: When you place your order, tell us that you need it rushed to you. This request is taken seriously and we will ship your order the fastest way possible. Any additional shipping charges will be charged to your account. You will be contacted by e mail prior to shipping for approval.

Q: I want to order in large quantities. Do you give a discount for this?
A: Lily Fine Gifts is always looking for wholesalers for our products. If you would like to become a wholesaler, e mail us for a catalog and a price list. We look forward to doing business with you.

Q: Do your shipping charges include shipping outside the United States?
A: No. We can ship items anywhere but it costs more money to do so and it takes much longer for the items to arrive. If you want an item and want it shipped outside the US, contact us so we can quote you a price on shipping and delivery time, prior to placing your order.

Q: Do you ship to Post Office Boxes?
A: No.We ship UPS from our warehouse. They do not ship to P.O. Boxes. If you want an item shipped to someone, say as a gift, we must have their physical address or an address where we can ship the package to.

Q: I need my order rushed to me. What does it cost?
A: Rush orders are expensive. For orders less than $25.00, rush shipping is $20. From $25.00 to $499.99, the cost to rush ship is 65% of the order. For orders over $500, the cost is 60% of the order. Please contact us prior to ordering if you want the items rushed to you.

Q: Why do you use PayPal? Can't I just pay you directly with my own credit card?
A: We use Paypal for many reasons but the main reasons for using them is it protects you, the consumer, and us, the store owners. When you use Paypal your credit card information is kept secret. We NEVER see your credit card information. Secondly, PayPal protects us because they verify a credit card before sending the order to us. That protects us from fraud. If you still want to use your credit card and pay us directly, we do have our own merchant account and can accept Visa and Mastercard. You can e mail us with your order, or call us directly, and provide your credit card information, and we can run the card through our account. We do verify all credit cards before shipping your order.
